Ryan Dutkus is the Founder and President of Lithuania Lacrosse. His passion for the game and desire to volunteer across the globe as an official, a coach, and a general voice of reason has earned him significant recognition throughout the international lacrosse community. Dutkus has officiated at the highest levels of the sport, including the most recent Men’s Lacrosse World Championship, the National Lacrosse League, and the Canadian Lacrosse Association. His drive, determination and relationships have empowered Lithuania Lacrosse’s major initiatives to establish the sport across the country.
The Corporate Secretary is a licensed attorney in the United States and brings his professional experience managing the corporate governance at an international investment bank to the organization.
The Chair of Youth Development is the driving force behind the in-school mentoring programs overseen by Lietuva Lakrosas. She is a passionate teacher who calls Kėdainiai home and is relentlessly looking for ways for students to become active and grow. Ingrida is able to navigate the growth of lacrosse in country by understanding the demands of Lithuanian youth.
Will Oakley is the Chief Technology Officer, bringing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and a Masters Degree in Information Technology and more than two decades of work experience in computer technology to Lietuva Lakrosas. Oakley was a two-time MCLA All-American player at Georgia Tech, and has fourteen years of college coaching experience and three years of high school coaching experience. Among his coaching experience, Oakley was an NCAA D3 head coach at the University of Dallas for four years and was an assistant at NCAA D1 University of Louisville, which was nationally ranked in the top 20 during his time there.
